*Vegetarian: Add fresh Cheese, sour cream and egg.
*All in: Add Cochinita Pibil, chicken, eggs, or meat strips.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Blend half a can of green tomatillos with a small amount of its syrup, add 1/4 of onion + 2 garlic teeth + a pinch of coriander. 
  2. Add oil to a pan and pure the green tomatillo sauce, cook for 3 mins.
  3. Add the white corn chips full bag into the pan and slowly mix them with the green sauce.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper 
  5. Heat apart all the Bayo Refried Beans and add on top of the chilaquiles when served. 
  6. Add your favorite previously cooked protein to the mix.
  7. Serve on a plate with some La Doña Serrano sauce on top.
  8. Add Toppings: Typical toppings include more salsas:  Mexican Salsas bundle (Chipotle  Serrano, Morita sauces), avocado, *cheese, *cream, and your preferred protein.
