Achiote paste condiment is made with high-quality annatto seeds, grown in the Yucatan Peninsula fields in Mexico.
Use a generous amount to marinate chicken, beef, pork or prepare a succulent “cochinita pibil” or chicken “mixiotes”.
How to use:
Dilute 33 grams of the paste into 1/2 cup of vinegar or orange juice for 1kg of any kind of meat and marinate before cooking. Add salt to taste.
