Chilli Hot Chocolate

What better way to spend a chilly night in than with a hot cuppa of two of our favourite things? Chilli and chocolate!

 

INGREDIENTS

100g cocoa solids chocolate

Chilli powder

3 cups milk of your choice

 

METHOD

  1. Gently heat milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. When the milk is about 90 degrees Celsius, break up the chocolate and add to the milk.
  3. Stir or whisk (whichever works best) until the chocolate melts.
  4. Add the chilli, testing as you go until it is as hot as you like. Enjoy!
