Hola amigos! Today we’re going to show you how to make chocolate dipping sauce for your churros. Ole!

Just incase you didn’t already know, us Mexicans introduced Chocolate to el mundo (the world). As for Churros… the origins of this delicious Spanish donut is unclear but we suspect it is from our amigos in Portugal! So we are sharing our recipe for a muy delicioso chocolate dipping sauce to go with your churros, por sue (because) everyone needs to know how to make chocolate dipping sauce for their fiestas!

You will need:

  • 1.5 cups of chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of evaporated milk

Instructions:

Step 1. Set a medium saucepan over medium head.

Step 2. Combine the chocolate, butter and cinnamon, stirring frequently until combined and melted through.

Step 3. Mix in sugar and gradually mix in the evaporated milk until combined.

Optional: Add a drop of Valentina’s hot sauce to spice things up!

Step 4. Serve with warm delicioso churros!
