These delicioso sauce have about 15-20 different ingredients including a combination of chilli peppers and chocolate as the key ingredients! Chocolate usually eases that chilli hit and the colour of the different chillies are what gives you perfecto colours! We love mole poured over turkey but can be on todo – From your chicken, beef pork to shrimps! So delicioso!!!

Red Mole from Oaxaca – Mole Coloradito!

Some of the key ingredients include white onion, garlic, gualillo chillies, ancho chillies, sesame seeds, cinnamon, thyme, marjoram, oregano, chocolate, almonds, raisins, chicken broth, salt.

Pair with : We amor red mole with mexican rice and crunchy tortilla for clasico Oaxacan dish!

Black Mole from Puebla – Mole Poblano!

Some of the key ingredients include mulato chiles, ancho chiles, pasilla chiles, sesame seeds, tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, vegetable oil, white onion, plantain, peanuts, almonds, corn tortilla, torn in pieces, raisins, chocolate, salt, cloves, coriander seeds, anise seeds and cinnamon.

Some of the key ingredients include pumpkin seeds, black peppercorns, cloves, chicken stock, tomatillos, onion, serrano chile, garlic, thyme, marjoram, bay leaves, manteca and salt.
